Victory in a Labor Case Against “Veeam Armenia” LLC

Due to the competent work and efforts of our lawyers Tatevik Malkhasyan and Edgar Ayvazyan, on 25.09.2024, the civil court of the first instance of Yerevan city of RA satisfied the claim submitted regarding the violation of the labor rights of our client E.B.

As a result, the court invalidated “Veeam Armenia” LLC’s order No. 237 dated 15.01.2024 regarding the dismissal of E.B. and an amount equal to three times the average salary of the latter as compensation for non-reinstatement.
