Our client I.M. Charges were brought under Part 3 of Article 190 and Point 2 of Part 3 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, adopted on April 18, 2003, on two episodes.

After the formal change of charges, the body conducting the proceedings filed an apparently unfounded request for re-arrest. As a result of a professionally conducted meeting chaired by Judge Aram Grigoryan, the inconsistency of the petition with the current legislation and the requirements of international standards was completely revealed, as a result of which the petition of the body conducting the proceedings was rejected. We are very thankful to Judge Aram Grigoryan for the quality administration of justice.
