The Appeals Commission of the Tax and Customs Authorities of the RA State Revenue Committee (SRC) satisfied our complaint, and the economic operator was released from the obligation to pay a fine exceeding AMD 7,000,000.
Based on the instruction issued on 25.12.2024 by the head of the Taxpayer Current Control Tax Inspectorate-Department of the RA SRC, an audit was conducted by the said Inspectorate at “Gor-83” LLC. As a result, on 14.03.2025, the Inspectorate imposed a fine of AMD 7,229,842 on the company.
Following the appeal submitted to the Appeals Commission by attorney Gurgen Nersisyan from the LSA Law Office, the Commission, by its decision dated 29.05.2025, satisfied the complaint, thereby releasing the economic operator from the obligation to pay the fine of over AMD 7,000,000.
