Vigen Malkhasyan is an invited consultant on financial, commercial, and legal issues at the “LSA” law firm.
He specialized in strategic business planning, optimization, and management of business processes of enterprises, financial planning, crisis management, and project management, international and local trade deals, international multimodal transportation, optimization of import, export, and customs clearance processes, short-term and long-term investment programs, quality management, general management of quality -aspect of management of the company in general.
From 1999 to 2024, Vigen Malkhasyan worked at “RUSAL Armenal” CJSC, holding various positions of economic importance, including head of the supply department, Commercial Director, etc.
In 2009, Vigen Malkhasyan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University with a master’s degree.
Before that, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University and received a diploma in economics.
He participated in professional courses at the Skolkovo School of Management in Moscow and received a corresponding certificate. He also participated in professional courses in the Risk Management Program (Global Association of Risk Professionals) and received a corresponding certificate.
He is proficient in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
