After nearly six months of criminal proceedings, A.M., a client of the “LSA” law office, was charged with Article 46-445, Part 2 (assistance in document forgery) and Article 255, Part 2, Point 2 of the RA Criminal Code. (fraud using official powers) criminal prosecution was terminated on the basis of acquittal, and the decision on suspension of office was abolished. The consistent work of the lawyer of our office, Edgar Ayvazyan, finally gave the necessary result.
