Due to the competent tactics of our advocates Tatevik Malkhasyan and Edgar Ayvazyan, on April 3, 2024, the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia satisfied the claim related to violations of the rights of our client H.N. as an employee.

As a result, the court invalidated the order of the Chairman of the RA SRC dated March 17, 2023 No. 1/286-A regarding the dismissal of our client and ordered the RA SRC to pay compensation to H.N. for the entire period of forced downtime….
