On 16.06.2022, the RA Administrative Court decided to deport S.A. from the RA. Our company’s advocate Tatevik Malkhasyan had filed an appeal against the said judicial act.
On 14.06.2024, the RA Appeals Administrative Court granted the appeal filed by advocate Tatevik Malkhasyan, resulting in the complete overturn of the RA Administrative Court’s decision dated 16.06.2022 regarding the deportation of S.A. from the RA, and the case was remanded to the same court for a new trial in its entirety.
