two corruption cases

On 14.05.2024, criminal proceedings were initiated at the RA Anti-Corruption Committee in connection with alleged criminal acts of abuse of official authority and causing significant property damage to the community by a former high-ranking official.

The prosecutor overseeing the legality of the aforementioned criminal proceedings made decisions on 01.08.2024 and 23.08.2024 not to prosecute our client because the acts attributed to him were not committed by him, by Article 12, Part 1, Clause 1 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.

Thus, our client was fully acquitted within the framework of the pre-trial criminal proceedings.
