A lawsuit was filed on October 18, 2023, by the bankruptcy administrator with the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Aragatsotn Province (RA) against our client, T. M., demanding the invalidation of a donation transaction and the application of consequences of invalidity.

On July 17, 2024, the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Aragatsotn Province, by a judicial act, had initially satisfied the claim filed by the administrator.

However, the appeal filed by us against the aforementioned judicial act was granted, and by the decision of the Court of Appeal dated February 25, 2025, the case was sent back to the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Aragatsotn Province for a full new examination.

As a result of the new examination of the case, the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Aragatsotn Province (Judge Zaruhi Mkrtchyan), by its judgment dated September 29, 2025 (case ARAD/4819/02/23), completely rejected the bankruptcy administrator’s lawsuit.

We highly appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by the judge in conducting the proceedings, as well as her skill in substantiating and reasoning the judicial act.
