“At the first event of the BScosmo Business Club with my participation, I met Ruben Harutyunyan, the founder and CEO of Henderson.
An Armenian entrepreneur who has achieved great success abroad shared his success story and emphasized several times that the secret of his achievements is the team. According to him, such success would not have been possible without the people who united their efforts around his ideas.
In his speech, he also mentioned one of the world’s richest businessmen — Microsoft founder Bill Gates — who once said in an interview that to bankrupt him, it would be enough to persuade a few key members of his team to leave the company.
It is inspiring to hear such thoughts from a successful Armenian entrepreneur. I believe one of our national issues is the inability to work as a team and create value together.
If we manage to overcome this complex, and if thinking like Ruben Harutyunyan becomes not an exception but a norm, then success will be inevitable.”
